The death is announced of Carlyle Peter John Julien, also known as Nine-Nine, Retired Sergeant of Police, Managing Director of Spice Isle Security Services and President of Post Royal Village Group, of Windsor St Andrew who resided at Post Royal, St. Andrew who passed away on Sunday 6th August 2023 at the age of 68.
He was the Husband of: Lila Julien nee Batt.
He was the Father of: Randy, Ayesha and Kelon Evans and Terrence Batt in the US, Licarl Julien in the UK, Carlisha Phillip employee of Grenada Co-operative Bank Ltd, Leon Julien member of The Royal Grenada Police Force, Lelon Julien employee of Government of Grenada, Ministry of ICT, Carlville and Leon Donald, all in Grenada.
He was the Grandfather of: Kamaya Evans, Kayla, Layla, Shari and TJ Batt in the US, Niah and Jamilla Julien in the UK, Kyle, Karyl and Kaleem Phillip, Destiny, Kahlil and Onel Julien, Carlisha and Darnelle Donald in Grenada.
He was the Father in Law of: Kenron Phillip, Sherin Julien, Akana Greasley, Iola Batt, Leah Mitchell and Kera Pierre.
Adopted Father of: Verna Nelson and Family.
He was the Brother of: Catherine in the UK, Pearline and Henroy in the US, Zephrine, Doreen, Henry and Norbert Julien in Grenada.

Funeral Service for the late Carlyle Julien also known as Nine-Nine will take place on Wednesday 6th September 2023 at 1pm at The Tuilleries Pentecostal Church and Internment at the Family Cemetery at Post Royal, St Andrew.
