The death is announced of the late Monica Belfon nee Alexander, of Canal Road,

Grenville who resided at Mt. Carmel St. Andrews, passed away on Friday 10th

October, 2025, in the United States at the at the age of eighty-nine (89).

Left to mourn husband Fred Belfon proprietor of E&F Supplies

Children Deirdre Archibald, Monique Daniels, Leselle Belfon in the United States,

Kelisha Douglas, Grenada.

She was the sister of Guy, Rose and George (all deceased), Allister Alexander of

Trinidad, Mary Alexander of the USA and Joan Baptiste of Grenada.

Grandmother of Diandra, Kazz, Kayla, Dalia and Leah

Great Grand-mother of Xavier, Brian and Michael

Sons-in-Law Karl Archibald and Laird Daniels

She was the aunt of many, including LaToya, Anthony, Michelle, Natasha, Suzanne,

Petra, Marlene, McArthur and Dalia.

Her caregivers Nesta Daniels and Sylvia George of Grenada, Jennifer Bisnauth,

Coreen Pitt and Francella, New York.

Other relatives and friends including Yvone McMillian, Sandra Pierre, Agatha

Forrester, Phyllis and BJ, Rick and Dayne Archibald, Staff of St. Andrew’s R.C School

and the Mt. Carmel community.

The Funeral Service of the late Monica Belfon nee Alexander of Canal Road Grenville

who resided at Mt Camel St Andrew will take place on Friday 24th , October 2025 at

2:00 pm at the St Andrew Apostolic Catholic Church and Entombment at the Grand Bras Cemetery.

Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Hosten’s Funeral Home, New York and Wayne’s Funeral Home,

Grenada.
