The death is announced of Matthew Edward also known as “Shorty” of La Taste St. Patrick who resided at Moyah , St. Andrew. Passed away on Tuesday 31st March, 2026 at the age of 68.

He Leaves to Mourn;

Two (2) Brothers :Michael Edwards and Ray Edwards.

One (1) Sister: Veronica Edwards.

Many Nieces and Nephews.

Many Relatives and Friends including: Cousin Martin Edwards, the Rennie and Alexander  of Moyah, the Williams and De Coteau  Family , Staff of Princess Alice Hospital ,  Members of the Moyah Seventh Day Adventist Church, Management and Staff of 3P’s Mini Mart Moyah , the Boys on the Block at Moyah, Members of the NDC Support Group, Many other relatives and friends of River Sallee St. Patrick and Moyah St, Andrew and surrounding areas.

The Funeral Service of the late Matthew Edward better known as “Shorty” will be held on Wednesday 15th April 2026 at 2:00pm at the River Sallee Seventh Day Adventist Church and interment will follow at the River Sallee Cemetery.
